Hello everyone. I would like to solve my severe lag, hit detection and desync issues on warzone and other online games. I have a very low ping if I play on Italian servers <35ms and always <65 on other servers. But my ttk is much higher than the ttd, I get a super bullet and die in an instant. Then when I see the killcam and I see that the enemies have seen me a long time before and I often shoot empty even in the sky. When I shoot I don't miss shots but I happened to lose fights with people who were not shooting at me and were reloading the weapon. Obviously I use a good ethernet cable, the connection is excellent and I formatted the whole pc. I've tried using the factory settings and it doesn't change much. For me it is impossible to play so it is as if the enemies have 500hp and I have 50hp. I tried to change mtu to 1492 (my ideal mtu) to use it automatic, i changed dhcp connection with ppoe but the results are always bad. Help me resolve please I'm desperate. And as a last question I would like to understand how to prevent the game from always directing me to servers other than those I want to force with geofilter. I would like to play on the Italian server, to find other Italian people like me and it would make everything much easier. My friends find many more Italians, both those with 0.5 and also those with 2.5kd

Hey, welcome to the forum!

The kill cam is not an accurate representation of what happened so I would just ignore that as it will just frustrate you. The Italian server in my experience is not always available and people from other countries can still connect to that server. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter settings please? Can you also post a screenshot of your Connection Benchmark results and QoS settings? What is your exact physical setup? E.g. ISP modem/router model > R2 (all devices)

I believe that the killcam is not a 100% correct vision but for the speed in which I die even in long-distance fights with people who shoot 20-30 shots it can be considered almost true. Qos set 65% download (110mbps) and 70% upload (14mbps). The main modem is a 7530 fritxbox connected with a cat8 ethernet cable and the settings are all basic ones. I just opened the nat. All connected to a pc that allows me to do 120fps, 0 stuttering. For the gepfilter settings I tried to circle the area of Italy, but I also tried the polygonal mode, selecting all the world except France, Germany and England which are the servers where it always makes me play. The problem of the geofilter, however, is secondary because in the Italian server sometimes my ttd is even lower than elsewhere. I get a superbullet as soon as the enemy appears on my screen and I don't have time to react. It's impossible, I also had the TIM technicians come home but they didn't find any problems. I tried port priority reading the forums and I had many more packages uploaded, I don't know if that's normal. So I cleared this setting

I have not connected any device to the fritz box and the ping I check it in game 35-50ms, on the account screen which is more reliable than what you see on the top left of the screen. On geofilter it says that the server ping is 11ms in Italy and maximum 30ms on other servers. On the connection benchmark I always have A + rating. Could it be that I have desync on the server?

Okay so it sounds like it could be server load, in which case forcing the next closest servers, even if the ping is a bit higher should help. The grade doesn't necessarily mean it is the best it can be, can you provide a screenshot?

I have tried to play in more distant servers and also without filters but the situation does not change. At the moment I cannot provide a screenshot because I am not at home. However, from the graph I have seen that I have many downloads in the background, but I don't know what it depends on. I have turned off automatic updates and never connect other devices. I only use the PC for gaming

Using geofilters, however, the game forces me to always play in England, France and Germany.  If I select other countries or the whole world except those 3 places, it won't find me matches.  In addition, the authentication server now appears in America, and I always have the icon of a player connected in France even if I am not playing and I try to deny

Okay please provide those screenshots when you can as they will help me understand what may be happening. How did you try and force the rest of the world except those countries? Authentication server doesn't impact your game ping so no need to worry about that.

I tried to play in the rest of the world with the polygonal mode excluding only those three nations mentioned but I can't find other games. Anyway as soon as I get back at home I will take all the screenshots

No, I understand what you mean, maybe I didn't explain myself well. I drew the rest of the world and those three nations are out of drawing and excluded in fact he doesn't find me matches and during matchmaking he puts me in the lobby of France, Germany or England and then I get kicked out of the netdumaI tried to play in the rest of the world with the polygonal mode excluding only those three nations mentioned but I can't find other games. In these screenshots I show all the netduma settings.  I also tried the default settings but it always gives me problems.  My main modem without netduma router works best

Thanks for that, do this please:

  1. Quit the game/client completely - including from the System Tray
  2. Remove device from Geo-Filter
  3. Go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type
  4. Flush cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option
  6. Setup the Geo-Filter how you would like but put Ping Assist to 0
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up the client/game

Could you please try Fraser's suggestion:

I've already tried.  My problems are only with the netduma r2.  If I use the main modem everything works fine.  I think it's a traffic congestion problem

We've pushed a cloud update last night that may help you here, could you try flushing the cloud and re-test?

I've tried this but it doesn't work. It could be a traffic congestion or port priority issue but I don't know how to fix. Sometimes the situation changes during the same game. It's frustrating because I'm sure I'm losing 75% of the fights now because of this. Yesterday I managed to play 4 games where the hit detection worked well and the game was much easier and more fun.

You're missing TCP rules from Traffic Prioritization, I'd suggest you use the Games Console service rather than your manual ports or try this rule:

Source 1-65535
Destination 1024-65535
Protocol TCP/UDP

and see if it is any better. Make sure you delete the rules you have before adding this.

I answer many days later because I did a lot of tests even in different days and times. Even with your advice I have had a lot of problems. I then tried to disable manual mtu value but kept having problems. If I play with the main modem fritz box Everything is much better. It looks like a natduma or some setting problem but I can't understand
