Max Posted January 4, 2021 Author Posted January 4, 2021 Hi there sorry for not replying for long time but I think this issue it’s easy fix this error pop up when you have app open and you login to r2 via browser on the same device in the same time (iPhone) also I have a simple question does r2 work with any WiFi booster? I have very weak WiFi upstairs please advise thanks

If the WiFi booster has to be connected via WPS then it won't work but if you can configure it using another method then that should be fine.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 11, 2021 Administrators Posted January 11, 2021 All you have to do is click on the icon you want to ping and then it will appear. Alternatively if you enable Auto Ping in the Map options it will automatically ping every time it detects the game host.
Max Posted January 24, 2021 Author Posted January 24, 2021 Hi Fraser a just restarted r2 with the button on the back I start getting all settings once again and I got disconnected from r2 and now I can’t login the message is my connection with the website it’s not private I try on pc app on phone and google on phone can’t get in what I did wrong and what I need to do to login again please advise thanks max
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 24, 2021 Administrators Posted January 24, 2021 That button isn't for restarting, you need to hold it down for 30 seconds then release and that will do a factory reset. Can you provide a screenshot please?

Let me know if that works.
