Sunaikinti
Console or pc? If pc, change it to a console. With that upload speed, set upload slider to 100%. Under settings/wan, disable sip alg. Is your nat open? Reset all upload and download so all devices are equal. Make sure share excess bandwidth is enabled on both upload and download. In device manager, make sure your device is online. If it's not, downgrade to .32 firmware. Reset everything with a paperclip and try again. Device manager in latest firmware not working correctly. If your device is offline, it won't prioritize your device.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted June 26, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2019 Are there any other devices in the house using your broadband at the same time? Depending on your bandwidth and what other people are doing, you might need to adjust your Anti-Bufferbloat settings. You could try using PingPlotter to see when the lag spikes occur, and then adjust your bufferbloat sliders to see if you can make the ping more stable: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/23881-ping-plotter-quick-guide/

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 26, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2019 It sounds like you're getting a great ping so the router is doing its job, we can't diagnose issues based on in game results other than actual lag. If the servers you're playing on aren't great for you then I'd recommend trying to force servers slightly further away and see if they play any better - move your home location and radius to exclude the ones you have been playing but include other servers that are slightly further away and should force you onto them. Hi Dan, could you make a new topic regarding your issue please so we don't get confused between you and Rodney. In your topic please let us know what settings you're using for QoS & Geo-Filter, if you haven't already please follow this optimal settings guide as it will likely resolve the issues you're having: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
Rodney Rosado
So which sliders you would recommend for my connection
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 26, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2019 3 minutes ago, Rodney Rosado said: So which sliders you would recommend for my connection Every connection is different but we recommend 70% as a starting point as most people can leave it on this an it'll do a great job eliminating local congestion. The best settings will always come from optimising and tweaking for one's own network. I would suggest you follow this guide while saturating your network (doing big downloads, HD streaming etc) and trying different Anti-Bufferbloat percentages to find what keeps your ping the lowest/most stable: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-diagnose-modem-internet-service-provider-issues/
Sunaikinti
No one at my house uploads anything. Never goes above 1mb. You can watch it in the bandwidth monitor. So I set my upload to 100%. For download, I open a command prompt and continuous ping a dns server while running numerous speedtests and adjust slider until the ping goes up, then back of off 5%. And with a 200/200 fiber connection, you probably don’t need to use QOS. I find with my 1000/20 speeds, it’s best when I use sliders at 100/70 respectively or disable QOS completely. I stream so I always use QOS when streaming and sometimes disable it if I’m not streaming.

I would over provision your upload to say 30 or so and set anti bufferbloat to never, then set both sliders to 100% when not streaming. That way you get full bandwidth and priority. Adjust slider accordingly and bufferbloat to always when streaming.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 27, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2019 12 hours ago, Rodney Rosado said: I'll try the sliders at 100% Keep in mind that it's dependent on your connection, if there are lots of devices using the internet and using high bandwidth applications etc then 200mbps could become saturated and so 100% wouldn't prevent that and then could impact your game experience. Would highly recommend you refer to my previous advice with the link.

You are correct use traffic priority so your packets leave and enter the queue first. Every packet queues even if there is only a little bandwidth being used by another user on the network, this will form a queue. Having your gaming packets prioritised means it will drop the other packets for **ms and lets yours through then tp will resend the other devices packets there after.
