It looks like you've just upgraded to DumaOS, is that correct? In which case you need to clear the browser cache/cookies in order to access the interface. We can tackle the WiFi issue once you've got access to the interface again. I wouldn't use DSLReports for bufferbloat, instead follow this guide http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-test-your-connection

I've also moved this to general support

One of the reason you are getting a worse dslreports test is that traffic prioritization is doing it job of prioritising packets

if you untick your device under antibufferbloat you will find that bufferbloat tests will improve drastically(leave it ticked while gaming)

I also agree with Fraser that pingplotter is as good as it gets in checking for jitter.

Literally this device is worse then before.

Buffer is just terrible, my connection is better without this device. Netduma Wi-Fi name disappears, cant log in or get through the mainframe

Dude forget about dsl reports. That site is straight garbage. If you really want to know your jitter the true way to test it is to run pingplotter.

also, you shouldn't go posting pictures with your mac address and serial number  visible for all to see.  Also please rotate your pictures so they can be seen easier.

I thought it was a private message. My iMac can’t do PingPlotter test since the software crashes every time I use it. I guess my iMac is out of date to use it. Any suggestions?

Does your Mac meet these system requirements for PingPlotter? https://www.pingplotter.com/download/macos/system-requirements.html

If so then I'd recommend contacting there support here: https://www.pingplotter.com/support# as it really is a very valuable tool and we recommend it a lot.

Also can you access the interface after my suggestion?
