Hello again, I am wondering how will I know if I got the update? Will it change version from 1.03.3 or is it just a hot fix so I can update to the latest version? Sorry for asking such a stupid question. I guess I'm just looking for a confirmation that my router was updated. Thank you

It's a fix, so once it has been put on your router we'll comment back here and then you can proceed with manually upgrading the router yourself

Hi Guys, finally found my duma after moving, i'd like to update the firmware but looks like i'm a tad behind to do it myself , i've done the scanner and can confirm port 7777 is open.

thank you,

Hi Stuie, I've let the team know so they'll likely get back to you on Monday.

Unfortunately I couldn't connect to your router. Could you make sure that port 7777 is open? Follow the instructions here and let me know when you've done them so I can try again: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000085789-how-to-upgrade-your-r1-from-version-1-03-5m-or-lower

I havent gotten the email with the file. The version on the router still shows 1.03.3.

Have you signed up here to get DumaOS?  https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/

If not then please do so first, if you have but you've not received the email then please post here:

Would you please upgrade my router from 1.03.5m to latest firmware?

You can upgrade to .6j first by going here:

then if you already have the DumaOS file you can upgrade after that.

Hello my status is open.

Welcome to the forum!

I just attempted to send you the fix, and I think it might have worked, although instead of a confirmation I just got disconnected. Is your router working?
