mp1
Currently on V2.3.2.22. I am also having instances where I will be disconnected from either radio and unable to reconnect until I reboot the system. Also, using 2017 macbook pro. I was having issues with the 2.4Ghz radio only giving me about 1/4 of my download bandwith (~100/450mbs) even though I am only 5 feet from the router. Trying to troubleshoot, I found that the mac Network Utility app is showing only a link speed of 11 Mbit/s. Are either of these known issues or helped by new firmware? Everytime I uncheck it. It check by itself. Clan you help me fix that please? I lost count how many time I did a reset factory.
Administrators Netduma Admin Posted July 14, 2018 Administrators Share Posted July 14, 2018 It’s probably your factory reset that is causing it to default back to Auto Ping Host being checked. Let us know if the issue continues once you stop factory resetting. I will PM you the download link for the trial firmware

neo2070
Same issue here wired connection to PC keeps going out every so often. Getting REALLY annoying! Is Netgear aware of this problem? Do they know what is the cause of the issue and when can we expect an Official FW release from Netgear to address this issue? Has anyone here that tried Fraser's trial FW had any luck with the FW fixing the connection issue?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 19, 2018 Administrators Share Posted July 19, 2018 Sent a PM with the firmware. Yes they are, the fix I'm giving will be in the next firmware. It hasn't fixed it for everyone so they're investigating further to fix it for those few.
