Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 2, 2018 Administrators Share Posted May 2, 2018 Hi all, We are looking for PUBG & Fortnite players on different platforms and in different regions who have an XR500 as we are fine tuning how the router handles the games. If you would like to help us test this please follow the guideline below. For example: Game: Fortnite Platform: Mobile - iOS Region: EU --- If anyone is available now/today (Wednesday 9th May) please let me know - I will need TeamViewer access. Once I have accessed your router please do the following: Play Fortnite/PUBG with Filtering Mode enabled - there are multiple servers within the region e.g. Ireland, London, Germany in EU. See if you can block one and go back to the lobby and get a game within your radius. If you get a blocked game it will try to load in and then kick you back to the lobby within 30 seconds. Make a note if the servers appear to be in the correct locations. Also try playing other games to see if the Geo-Filter works as expected. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please let us know if you are available tomorrow, as we will need to manually edit your XR500 for testing. We are looking for active people who will be able to give us feedback within a day. If you are fine with that you will be part of our Cloud Testing Group which means you'll be slightly ahead of others in terms of cloud version but everyone will get it as well once testing has proved successful.
