GingeUK
Hi, as the topic says I can't access anything on the router. I have tried everything I can find on the forums e.g. Isolating the router, I've tried 192.168.88.1 and http://r1. I still can't access it. I can't get an up address or a default gateway. Any help would be appreciated.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 11, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 11, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please could you unplug the router from power for 24 hours. I've seen something like this before and it was incorrectly deemed a returnable fault - by the time it got back here it worked. Try connecting after 24 hours and see if you're able to access the interface/internet.

I haven't tried that no, might be worth giving it a go. I only have my pc though so I'll have to wait until I go to a friends to try it. Hey, welcome to the forum! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 12, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 12, 2017 Did you try to upgrade the router at all? If so from what version?
GingeUK
Did you try to upgrade the router at all? If so from what version? Nope I didn't. I was looking into doing it. I couldn't get it to work properly for a while, kept saying I need to use DMZ on the modem so at the time I was trying to get that working on the modem, didn't do anything to the Duma. I created a backup of the setting just in case I forgot the settings for the modem. Since I put the settings back to what they were when it worked I haven't been able to do anything.
