IW best settings & questions

So i have my netduma now for a couple of months mainly to play infinite warfare. 
2 months ago i found my sweetspot, i was playing smooth and lag free and was consistently getting matched above 2.0 KD.
I remember my CC was at pre emptive and 30/30. So i played like this 2 months but suddenly it didn't work anymore, i got lag and stuttering and was getting wrecked, i tought this was the server so i waited a week to change my settings but it didn't changed. So i went to youtube and i copied a guy's settings that was getting a lot of nukes with this setting, but for me it didn't work and everything is a mess now.
It's very hard for me to change the settings because i don't get it.

Can someone give me the BEST infinite warfare settings where you experience the less shoot first die first so i can move on back?

In attachements are pictures of how my netduma is set up right now. Also in miscellaneous i don't know what to tick/untick.

How are you set up?

For example [ Modem > Netduma > Devices ]

 

What's your bandwidth? (what you actually get, not what you pay for).

Make sure this is entered correctly in the bandwidth field.

 

Out of interest, which youtuber gave you these settings?

 

 

I would set the following...

 

In Geo filter:

Disable 'auto ping host' (ping it manually in lobbies instead).

Set ping assist to zero.

Set Geo radius to include Western Europe. UK, Germany, France, Netherlands.

 

In Congestion:

Set sliders to 70/70 (you just need to pick a number that will suppress local congestion). 15/15 is stupid though.

'Reactive' algorithm.

Reset 'Distribution', make sure both are reset and shared.

Make sure your console is in Hyperlane.

 

In Miscellaneous:

Enable Cookies.

Enable Turbo if you need it.

 

 

Then reboot your Netduma from miscellaneous settings.

 

Some of these could be different depending on your answers to the questions I asked at the start.

theres a lot of players with and without the netduma finding IW hard and sometimes impossible to play, I have heard it is down to their servers.

Sorry for the late answer, gonna try it now. 
And yes my setup is Modem > Netduma > Devices (altough i don't have other devices inserted in the netduma)
And i did a speedtest from my ethernetcable from the playstation to my computer and it says DOWN: 18.35 and UPL: 3.90

It's just an aesthetic bug that occurs under a certain limit. It will have setup according to your speeds
