cranium2001
The title says it all. I've tried turning the geofilter off, doing the upnp off and on trick, port forwarding the specific ports and it is still moderate in game.
PharmDawgg
Honestly I knew the game was not going to be worth my time when they marked two COD games at the same time even if one was only a remastered version of a game. Who does that? The game has many issues and I am not and will not waste my money on it. The whole moderate nat issue is not a duma issue it is an Activision/IW issue. See posts below of Non-duma users'. https://community.callofduty.com/t5/Call-of-Duty-Infinite-Warfare/Moderate-NAT-type-in-the-game/td-p/10069792
cranium2001
It's open all the way around without the Duma. Asus rt-ac68u is my other router. As soon as I set up my netduma the moderate happens. I had to do some work to get my xbox off of strict with the Duma. This just happened a week and a half ago out of the blue. #confused

Also, you cannot have UPnP ticked and port forwarding at the same time, and when you port forward, are you doing it on R1 only, is the R1 after your modem or is it behind another router also. I'm just curious because I had the same issue on the PS4 side (NAT Moderate) but after port forwarding to 3074, to both tcp and udp, it opened up
cranium2001
I did 3074, 88 and 53. With upnp off and on. It's off on my asus. The Xbox itself was strict before I totally redid everything. The game (IW) is the only thing moderate now. MWR is wide open. I rebooted the system. Then I rebooted the router and restarted the system (off before the reboot). I've had smooth sailing until it decided to go strict 10-12 days ago. I just don't understand why. This screenshot shows how effed up this game is anyway. This is without my Netduma hooked up. The next game, same lobby, I went 8-13. This whole thing is driving me nuts. cranium2001
Okay, so I turned my stuff on to try the 3074 and 3076 and it's open before I even did anything. I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed and see what happens now.
cranium2001
Back to strict without even doing anything. It also made my download speed 3.67. I usually get 24+. That's not cool. I unplugged and went back to asus only and it's fine again. Above average. I want the option to control my "zone", but this won't let me anymore. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 24, 2016 Administrators Share Posted November 24, 2016 I believe MrRelentless mentioned to you on Twitter turning UPnP on the ISP hub as well, did you do this?
cranium2001
I believe MrRelentless mentioned to you on Twitter turning UPnP on the ISP hub as well, did you do this?Yes. He and I had a discussion on Twitter about it. I tried that and no luck. It was working fine last night and just decided to go strict last night. I had to pull the plug and use my other router last night. Everything was open but as far as I know I was playing someone from 3000 miles away. I'm also not sure why but I tested my speed and it dropped to 3.6 (or something like that). That's when I noticed the strict nat.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted November 24, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 24, 2016 Hey Cranium; could you please make a post in the 1 on 1 section? Fraser will take a look himself since he's ruled out all the obvious solutions. He'll get it fixed
