MrRelentlessUK
I think i may be experiencing bugs with my Duma i have had the issue for sometime and i just can't figure out how to solve it 1000ms lag spikes although this does not to appear to effect my games It also lowers my speeds on my PS4 way to much and found that i have to switch to wifi for better speeds and then back to wired to get my full speeds this is without using congestion control I have rebooted and factory reset and that did not work Sometimes i get a message saying oops there was a problem loading external resources and the page is very slow
BIG__DOG
you are using the default theme? the other theme fraser says can cause false ping spike readings. dont quote me on that but i am 99% sure that is what he said. the oops message i get that on the twitter feed on the main page but i ignore that as i think that is a bug as it does not happen all the time and my duma gui is smooth as butter on firefox rather than google chrome. MrRelentlessUK
Thanks Big D, i have changed themes and just tried firefox as i was using chrome but no change on the spikes and it's taking an age to load anything in settings
ColonicBoom
Did you set the congestion control before you started whatever you're doing? I found that if I started uploading files and then set my congestion to 70/70 and tried to game there were loads of spikes... But I found that if I paused the uploads, set congestion, then resumed the uploads again it was fine with no spikes. I usually reboot after setting congestion too. MrRelentlessUK
Cheers Boom, It doesn't seem to matter if i set it first or not at all the spikes are all over the place, if i reboot sometime it's normal agian but within a few minutes the same problem comes back the page is just super slow and sometimes unresponsive
Zennon
Sometimes forwarding ports can cause this, a heavy download or your congestion control flower. I suggest UPnP with no forwarding and a reset flower with share excess.
MrRelentlessUK
Cheers Zennon i will give that a go now

MrRelentlessUK
I think that taking out the port forwarding has solved the issue, I will monitor it but everything seem fine now. Thanks Zennon for the suggestion, Thanks for offering to help Fraser
PharmDawgg
Just curious did you have Upnp enabled along with port forwarding?
MrRelentlessUK
I did have Upnp enabled Buck
PharmDawgg
The reason I ask is sometimes port forwarding and Upnp both enabled together can cause conflicts. Multiple consoles =Upnp. Single console = port forwarding or Upnp. This has just been my experience.
