  2. That's interesting, are your bandwidth speeds entered correctly? You can check this by clicking the three-line menu in the top right of the interface -> Advanced -> Set bandwidth speeds.
  3. Hey @B VR, I've just responded to your email with the requested details about the returns process. Thanks again for you perseverance throughout troubleshooting.
  4. If you're seeing that in Connection Benchmark, that's telling us what the R2 is getting from the modem. If it were a problem with the R2 then you would see 1gpbs in connection benchmark but lower speeds to connected devices. Are there other devices connected to the modem/router or does everything on the network go through the R2?
  5. @Martin D I get why that's frustrating, we're working diligently to have it fixed ASAP. If you'd like to enquire about returning your R2 for a refund, you can email [email protected] and we'll look into this for you.
  6. OK great. What did you input your speeds as being during initial setup? You can double check by going to the three-dot menu in the top right and going to advanced -> network speeds.
  7. When you join the voice channel, watch the Geo-filter map for a blocked server to appear, then manually allow that server and you should be good to go.
  8. We ship from England, it would normally take a couple of days however currently we are working through dispatching a lot of pre-orders so delivery times are delayed.

  14. Sorry to hear that, how are you resetting? You'll need to hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds rather than pressing it.

  19. That's interesting, so you're still connected to the R2 via one of it's four LAN ports? Have you tried with both the IP (192.168.77.1) and http://dumaos/?

  23. It's essentially how long it will take for an IP to expire at which point the router will assign a new one. Sorry I've edited my previous comment, realised that we already knew you had interface access
  24. If you go to your command line and enter 'ipconfig', what does it say your default gateway is? Just double check that it says 192.168.77.1
  25. This occurs when Activision make changes their servers, which recently they seem to be doing very frequently. We have requested a cloud update from the team but I'll mention it again to them! Sorry for any inconvenience.
