  1. You can do it like that, it just won't appear correctly in the list but it will work. Just click done and it should add a rule.
  2. I would suggest keeping the source ports at the default 1-65535 and just changing the destination ports as that will definitely work but that's our official stance so you may want to experiment instead like other users are but just thought I'd mention it.
  3. If the light is on then it is working. They're different games with different population sizes so they will play differently. If you've done manual prioritization then they may have different ports you need to use.
  4. No that isn't normal. The rules you've added will be incorrect, you'll have to double check the rules mentioned by the guys in the topic to get it working correctly. Alternatively post a picture of your rules and they can let you know what to change.
  5. I mean it's possible, I couldn't think of why they would do that at all. Have you done any port forwarding rules? If you've not port forwarded correctly that could explain it. Switch to UPnP and see if you see the same behaviour.
  6. Was it port 49566 by any chance? Do you have multiple Xboxes or consoles in your home at all? If it was 49566 and you do have another console thats used then it may switch to this port when 3074 is being used by another console.
  7. Anti-Bufferbloat is not a feature to fine tune the CoD experience, it exists to eliminate local congestion which is what it does. Traffic Prioritization prioritizes ports/packets to eliminate jitter/spikes and does this automatically. These are what we recommend to use but everyones connections are different which is why we suggest that people experiment to see what works for them which is what's happening in this topic which is great. Bagsta the other day posted a video of his game the other day with good connection and he used our recommended settings so I don't think we need to chime in really as experimentation is down to the customer themselves to tailor to their specific connection, of course we'll help where possible.
  8. Are you able to access using 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.net? Make sure you're accessing using an ethernet cable rather than WiFi.
  9. Could you try with Chrome please to see if it works? Are you typing HTTPS before the IP address or routerlogin.net? Does it work after a reboot or a factory reset?
  10. How are you accessing the interface? - What browser? HTTP or HTTPS? Does it work after a reboot or a factory reset?
  11. I'm not sure what you mean by that exactly. How have you tried to update the firmware? You can check the version by going to the System Information page and checking the System Info panel or by clicking the 'i' symbol on the top right of the interface.
  12. What firmware are you on currently and how are you trying to download the firmware/upgrade?
  13. Click on the selector circle for the default VLAN tag then click edit. Then change VLAN ID to 0 which then means VLAN is not used for the group and apply. Then you should be able to make your own VLAN tags how you wish.
  14. You can upgrade to .6j first by going here: then if you already have the DumaOS file you can upgrade after that.
  15. I've asked the team to chase this again for you, sorry for the delay.
  16. Have you signed up here to get DumaOS? https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/ If not then please do so first, if you have but you've not received the email then please post here:
  17. You should be able to edit the rule and turn it off for the individual ports/WiFi, does that not work?
  18. Could you disable IPv6 first please and then we'll be able to send it tomorrow. Please let us know once you've done this.
  19. It should stay on what you had it set as before the reboot, assuming the setting wasn't just changed before the reboot as may not have had time to apply in that setting.
  20. I'll let Alex respond to this properly tomorrow as he is working on the cloud. Appreciate the effort you've gone into! I don't think Alex did a cloud update on Friday but he'll be able to confirm. I know some of your screenshots are showing different things but for the mislocated ones could you use the form please? We've tried going off screenshots before and it adds a lot of time just trying to digest all the information and make it usable. I think it would also be best if you could zip up your photos in future as it makes the topic really long and hard to tell where you are when going down the pictures.
  21. Thanks for the info, we'll have to investigate. Alex will test this on his end.
  22. Okay so it may be a case of some servers taking much longer to ping. Thanks for the information, Alex is aware so while he's testing for the cloud he'll be able to have a look.
  23. So it does appear then it just takes ~5 minutes or so? That's quite odd, what is your NAT type?
