They will be able to check it in a few hours so please don't restart

Thanks for the request, it has been requested before so it's on the list, hopefully we'll get it added soon. Are you able to use the Geo-Filter to filter the game?

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you see the server on the map. Are you saying your ping is higher with Steady Ping and lower with it off? Resync the cloud on SmartBOOST and see if it prioritizes then. -
With the XR1000 in AP mode DumaOS is essentially disabled so it's unlikely upgrading to the beta version would resolve this for you (it's also been removed for the moment). When the WiFi goes slow have you checked to see whether the speeds are as expected directly connected to the R3?

How have you set the V Hub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Are you playing via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

Hello, welcome to the forum, it does not have a dynamic DNS function currently, it's not a highly requested feature, I can add it to our request list but I can't promise when/if it may be included.

No worries, any other questions let us know!

Are you turning it off/restarting it by pulling out the power cable? If so I wouldn't suggest doing that, reboot from the interface or using the button, do devices connect properly after that? If so then if you really need to take the power out then reboot your modem first, wait 2 minutes then plug in the R3 and it should distribute internet properly.

R2 connecting to warzone server troubles
Netduma Fraser replied to Matt094's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Zoom out fully on the map then boot up the game, if it stops you loading in, look for a blocked icon, if you see it then click on it and add it to your allow list - you may need to do this a few times so it works every time. If that does work please provide the IDs and we can add them to the cloud. Do the same for your friends when you invite them to a lobby, it will allow you to connect to them regardless of your settings. -
XBOX Disconnecting in middle of games
Netduma Fraser replied to nowngamer's topic in Netduma R3 Support
These are normal entries for background processes, are you seeing any issues alongside these specific entries? -
Added you both

The XR would need to have IPv6 enabled in Settings as well
-
I've given you Early Access, please try the firmware there and see if it resolves the issue https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

If you zoom out fully on the map do you see any icon that indicates it is the server? -
It will take longer as you're restricting the search but if you keep a couple in your radius it should speed up search times and keep the ping low
-
This is the latest one: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57868-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40478 That option is greyed out because it's not an available firmware to update from on the router itself (because it's Early Access, not a public release), you'd have to upload the firmware from troubleshooting settings as you did with the firmware you're on currently.

Okay so 9ms is your base ping, if there was a game server right on top of you that would be your ping to it essentially. Then it will depend on how you've configured Congestion Control to eliminate any lag caused by other devices and based on what server you're connecting to. What is the server you play on usually?

R3 loses ppoe connection every 24 hrs
Netduma Fraser replied to extremeborg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Is this after a factory reset on that version? -
Okay that's fine then, do you know if your connection allows for a lower ping than that? For example if you do a speedtest.net test what ping do you get to your closest server?
