I have the same problem however is no the router because I tried directly to my modem and is doing the same! when I play with friends it takes longer time to get a lobby, I remember last year with AW was the same, probably they will patch the game soon =)

I have been playing with friends all over the US on PS4, so I have been playing with the geo filter off.  There are all kinds of party issues at the moment that are because of the servers and games.  Often with a party, you are put into lobbies with more than 12 people.  Many people cannot join parties.  It split our party a couple of times, where we ended up playing against each other.

I have found that closing BO3 has helped.  Sometimes we have to reset console and start over.  After playing a lot, it seems that certain players cause more problems than others.  It must be something about their connection.  If we have problems, we found it better if we try to join the original party leader than trying to get a new party leader.

Party problems still exist. Whenever I play solo it's fine but can't find games with friends. All I hope is that this is not a R1 related problem.

I disconnected the R1 and sadly my problems are gone...

My hitdetection is crisp now. I think party problems occur when geofilter is enabled and your friends are outside the range.

Damn. Maybe Iain should take a look at this.

Have people having these issue's followed this http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=adding_friends_to_your_allow_list ?

Then the person that owns the Netduma should host the party lobby and search for matches.

If more than one person owns a Netduma then the other members of the party should turn off their geo-filters and only the party host should have it enabled.

A "not allowed player" can't even join lobby Z. Lobby Joining is fine. The problem starts when you push the "find game" button.

The location should be set between everyone in order for the host to be as good as possible for all involved. This may require widening or just simply moving to work

Sorry Fraser, I just don't get it.

Here is what I'm trying to do:

All my party members are within the green area and everyone is "allowed". The dedi I'm interested in and I want to join, is within the red area.

Tried this with a party last night, and I couldn't find a game.

Tried solo found a game in a second. (strict on)

What do you suggest me to do ?

I'm getting this too when I try to invite my brother who is only 7 miles away. Start games and he is not there etc.

Should I try disabling the GF until we get into a public match then put back on?

Also, will I (and other players lag) in the lobby because my brother is only connected to his PS4 with wifi and not an ethernet cable?

He does have open NAT though as I told him to put the PS4 in the DMZ which he has done.

Is the red area where you have placed your location?

Are you hosting the party as well?

It may not want to put them on the same server, try with strict off as well

He's not appearing at all on the Geo? Have you added him to the allow list before?

Invite him to the party and he should show up.

If you disable and go into a game then reenable then you're not filtering for a host.

His connection will be slightly more unreliable, some small spikes/jitter etc. I'm not sure how much these small fluctuations would affect other players, depends how big they are really

Yeah, I was talking about this in another thread a few days back.. all my friends are rated and added to my allow group.. but we all live within a 50 mile radius too. but I'm only having problems when the group is larger than 3 players.. I can play with any 2 friends in my list and we can play all day, no problems... add a 4th person to the party and we start getting kicked from lobbys or friends get kicked from party, occasional game play.. add a 5th person and forget it, not happening.. turn geo-filter off, right in a lobby we go and we get to play...

I've decided not to play with more than 2 friends until further notice, cause with the geo-filter off, the game is pure Lag..

Is it specific friends it won't let you play with or could it be any one of them that gets kicked?

Do you all have open NAT (console not game)?

can be any friends, and we all have type 2 NAT on console. and Open NAT in game..

Like I've stated before, this only happens in BO3, and this is the only problem I'm seeing while playing BO3 with the Netduma.. every other feature of the Netduma has worked perfectly on BO3 for me.. I have to believe it's something to do with the game itself..

More than likely the game as there were issues with BO2,anyone remember the constant buzzing sound that would not go away until you shut your console off and re-started ?

My guess would be a game issue as it happened in the beta as well but only sometimes
