waste of money

And what customer service I don't have time 2 keep coming 2 this forum 2 post why my$200 dollar router don't work and nobody 2 help me I've been trying 2 get this so call lag killer router 2 work for the last five days but it's worst now than before when I was just using my regular router is there anyway I can get a refund

I'm very impressed that some guys can put 200$ in a equipment and they don't have any idea of how it works.

You create 100 topics without greet or thank Duma guys and you think someone want to help you?

 

Have a little respect for those who wants to give you some advices before asking a refund and say that your router doesn't work.

I understand your frustration Chive with the title of the thread, lets keep things calm though :)

First off I have respect for everybody if you purchase something don't u except it 2 work as advertised when u make a investment don't u look for a profit in return.I feel like I made a investment and I'm coming away with a lost because I'm lagging more now than I did before I purchased this$200 router so if u impressed by someone purchasing a router it don't take much for you 2b impress!!!!

You didn't answer to my post.

 

I don't have a problem with the fact that you want some help, it's the way you ask it.

For the first time, we have some guys that can handle the development of their software and answer to every questions at the same time so be respectfull because i don't think that big network companies will give you 1% of answers you can find here from people or the wiki.

So, follow the steps that Zennon and Fraser and we will see if it's the router or not.

 

Sorry guys, i don't want to put negative atmosphere but i can't see someone complaining when all the team is on the issue.

Just like everyone has said throw some info to the devs and they will fix any issues you're having with the duma.

 

And Chive said it..you got the guys who made and designed the router at your disposal.There are a ton of really smart tech savvy guys on this forum who are always willing to help.

 

But you need to provide certain pieces of info so they can help you out.

 

Don't lose faith,these guys know what there doing... ;)

Just reiterate what everyone else has said for what it's worth

Post the information requested and the help will be in an abundance, the Devs, or other other knowledgable forum members WILL help you to sort out any issues you may have.

But you need to help them so they can help you :)

Ok thanks I'm just a lil frustrated rt now I'm just having a lot of problem with this rt now with lil time 2 figure it out do 2 my work schedule because bout time I get home it's almost 6 o'clock and that's customer service cut off time. But the problem I'm having now is how 2 paste my screenshots of my setting on the forum so hopefully I will figure it out soon and I apologize for over reacting

Pocket it is true that the official support time is 6pm, however I am usually here until after that most days, I also make an effort to check the forum later in the evening (can't always do it). If I am not here, there are many helpful people on the forum who know how to fix the issues a lot of people have (Crossy, Zennon etc) who I believe are active in the evenings also. 

 

So support won't suddenly cease after 6pm as you will find a lot of people will give you advice :)

Like Fraser  said don't think of this as a 9-5 website,I know those aren't the hours but you get what I'm saying.There are people (forum members and admin) on the forum pretty much all the time,that can help you along.This forum has the best group of people I've ever been associated with,and that's good for us as everyone needs help and has questions at sometime or another.

 

 

 

And hopefully you'll get the hang of how to post stuff on the forum,I feel your pain on that one as I has the same issue awhile ago.If you follow the link Z put up it will help a ton.

 

And this is a really patient,understanding group of people so we all understand you're frustration with the situation... :D

No other company that I've been in contact with before has their CEO offering tech support... Be patient and you'll get your issue fixed. Out of the thousands of posts I've read since I've been here, maybe one time a problem wasn't fixed due to an issue out of anybody's control except for the ISP.

 

Now looking at your posts, it seems to me like it's just some settings that need to be adjusted. Before you do any of that though I would recommend reading through the wiki to familiarize yourself with what each setting does.
