Thanks for all that, I believe the dev will be next week so we'll finally be able to connect in and get you sorted

i believe i found the issue but i cant resolve it, my FLASH usage is completely full, there isnt any memory available on my router! . here is the code i get.

user.warn com.netdumasoftware.devicemanager: Event call 'domainmapped' exception 'Request failed because(13) 'database or disk is full' -> stack traceback: ?: in function <?:73> [C]: in function 'error' ?: in function 'safe_request

im like 99% positive this is why nothing will work. there isnt any space for anything to load, upgrade, downgrade.....

The only thing to do would be a factory reset there, there are no other methods of creating space via the interface, the team will be able to take a further look this week

Sorry for the delay, the issue is with getting the proper details to access the unit so we need to speak with the developers that worked on the R1 back in the day and see if we still have this info. I'll chase them up.

Any updates fellas? Don't mean to bother, I'm just really missing my geo filter feature and adblocker feature, also haven't been able to update my router using 3 different types of desktops. I miss my netduma router being a Netduma router 😭

Totally understand, not a bother at all, thanks for checking in, I'll have a talk with Liam and see where we are with this.

Hey @Ameryjr, unfortunately it looks as though we won't be able to do this. Lots has changed since the R1 and accessing the older hardware is now not going to be possible as far as I can tell.

You could try downgrading back to an older firmware if you haven't already in case it's the newer firmware your R1 is having an issue with.
