Thanks for posting!

The Nighthawk Pro Gaming range doesn't have Auto-setup for QoS, if you need any assistance in setting it up just let me know and I'd be happy to assist.

Please go to system information and take a screenshot of the exact version you're on.

No the OP.

What’s OP?

also I’ve noticed dsl reports is actually sort of working now. The dpi doesn’t seem to get in the way of running the speed tests and it shows my actual latency and stuff. Did you guys do something on your end yesterday?

I'm just checking with the team to see if that has been taken out for any reason. I'll get back to you.

Please thank you

Wait wait. I’m on the same Verison. How come I have auto setup and he doesn’t? Are their 2 variants of the .52?

Looks to be a bug - no differing versions. When you upgraded originally did you let the router do it automatically or did you put the file in yourself and upgrade that way?

Use TFTP: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP to upgrade to the same version again: https://kb.netgear.com/000062702/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-52 then do a factory reset from the interface. That will give it the freshest install possible and it should be there after that.
