Coyote305 Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 My xr1000 is up to date and it doesn’t have auto setup in qos Did you all remove it
Netduma Liam Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 Thanks for posting! The Nighthawk Pro Gaming range doesn't have Auto-setup for QoS, if you need any assistance in setting it up just let me know and I'd be happy to assist.
Coyote305 Posted February 9, 2021 Author Posted February 9, 2021 With the new update it took it away because it was here
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 9, 2021 Administrators Posted February 9, 2021 Do a factory reset please as you've updated to a new version and see if it appears then.

The dpi doesn’t seem to get in the way of running the speed tests and it shows my actual latency and stuff. Did you guys do something on your end yesterday?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10, 2021 Administrators Posted February 10, 2021 I'm just checking with the team to see if that has been taken out for any reason. I'll get back to you.

Wait wait. I’m on the same Verison. How come I have auto setup and he doesn’t? Are their 2 variants of the .52?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10, 2021 Administrators Posted February 10, 2021 Looks to be a bug - no differing versions. When you upgraded originally did you let the router do it automatically or did you put the file in yourself and upgrade that way?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10, 2021 Administrators Posted February 10, 2021 @fiefo you're not having the issue so I'm commenting to @Coyote305

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10, 2021 Administrators Posted February 10, 2021 Use TFTP: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP to upgrade to the same version again: https://kb.netgear.com/000062702/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-52 then do a factory reset from the interface. That will give it the freshest install possible and it should be there after that.
