Trying to access the router software through 192.168.88.1  I'm able to log in but it never loads and keeps showing this http://prntscr.com/o7m3dz

Internet is working fine, but cant get into the software.

Try clearing your browser cache and see if that solves it.

Ok, unplug the router and leave it off for a few minutes then try again, if that doesn’t work, hold the reset button on the back in for at least 30 seconds, wait 2 minutes then try accessing the UI again.

Today. I've been using another router for a while but decided to return for DumaOS. It was working fine before I stopped using it and now I cant get it to load.

It's very odd that its left on its own and it would get into that state, was in unplugged from power when you used it? Has there been any power cuts or anything like that while it may have been connected?

Can you access using http://r1 or http://dumaos ?

Could you right click on the page and go to inspect or inspect element, then on the window that appears click on the console tab. Then screenshot the page and post it here please so we can see what is happening.

Could you try installing a brand new browser, never used before, say Firefox or something, and go to 192.168.88.1 with nothing at the end of the address

Tried it on a brand new firefox but same results. http://prntscr.com/o83g76

Typed in 192.168.88.1 and it redirected me to http://192.168.88.1/desktop/index.html?cache=0#com.netdumasoftware.dashboard

Okay thanks for trying, I'll pass this on to the team for the devs to look at.

Anyway I can reinstall the software via usb? or is there no fix for this yet

There is no way to do that unfortunately. If this issue occurs a factory reset resolves it so it is unusual, I imagine something happened when upgrading that caused it.

Bump, It's been almost a year with the same problem...

This is exactly the same issue I'm having atm. Maybe our R1 is just too old 😕

Sorry about this. I've asked the team for a standard way to deal with these issues so I will let you know.

Any update to this issue? Just had this happen to me about a month ago. Infinite page load but full internet usage.

We're continuing to look into it, are you still having the issue?

Yes sir, cant load from several different devices and computers.

Have you tried doing a factory reset or clearing your browser cache/cookies and then trying to access?
