If not a few Windows CMD to try. ipconfig /all : to check you see a default gateway of 192.168.1.1 ipconfig /release : to release the computers IP ipconfig /renew : to hand out a new IP to the computer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So this is exclusively a WiFi issue as far as you're aware? This sounds more like the wireless network card is the issue rather than the router. Does it support AC? It sounds like the ethernet card you have setup is not working properly for some reason so you should verify if it can connect to your modem.
