Then this Rapp error keeps popping up like 12 times in a row. If there was a vlan option in the wan I would be able to factory reset then put my internet settings in manually.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 20, 2018 Administrators Posted November 20, 2018 Please access using Google Chrome and wait 1-2 minutes after a reboot and it should be fine, can you confirm?
benjammin1980 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 i'm getting sick of having to reboot.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 21, 2018 Administrators Posted November 21, 2018 This is most likely because you have adblockers enabled and or firewall software possibly Bitdefender which I've seen this issue with before, do you have those? If so then disable and that should resolve it
benjammin1980 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 No i have the firewall off and no ad blocker on. This is the first time i have got this error. The interface responses straight away after reboot then the Rapp takes it's time to load after awhile.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 22, 2018 Administrators Posted November 22, 2018 Is your firewall Bitdefender though? If so when it was disabled it didn't properly disable and still caused an issue. A software update they did fixed it though after awhile. Can you right click on the Geo-Filter page and go to inspect element. Click the console tab and then paste any errors that appear there here please
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 22, 2018 Administrators Posted November 22, 2018 Thats a lot but they're likely mostly the timeouts that are the majority. Either way I've let a developer know so hopefully they will respond soon
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted November 22, 2018 Netduma Staff Posted November 22, 2018 Hi Benjammin, Do you have adblockers/firewalls disabled? Are you using the latest version of Google Chrome?
benjammin1980 Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 No firewall or adblocker and yes it’s the latest version of google chrome. Shouldn’t this firmware work on any browser tho?

benjammin1980 Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 what could be causing the timeouts Fraser? I've always had problems with every firmware on different devices and different browsers. Could it be a hardware issue?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 22, 2018 Administrators Posted November 22, 2018 I'm not sure, thats why I got the dev in. I mean a timeout is a generic error just saying its taken too long to load this page, that will likely be the majority of the ones showing. Its ones like the first error we're more interested in. If you could clear the console by clicking the circle with a line through it then refresh the page and show the console that should be more helpful. Hard to say, what issues have you had in the past?
benjammin1980 Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Does the r1 have an active firewall? Maybe that could be the issue because I've been getting moderate nat type when it should be open. Thanks Fraser

Thanks Fraser Yes it has an inbuilt firewall but it would not be preventing access to it's own interface otherwise there would be multiple cases of this. Don't think thats hardware, lets address this issue first and we can come back to that. Could you do the new screenshot please?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 23, 2018 Administrators Posted November 23, 2018 Will you be available for a 1 on 1 within the next 6 hrs for me to take a look?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 23, 2018 Administrators Posted November 23, 2018 Okay download and install TeamViewer and PM me the ID & password. Then post here when done please
benjammin1980 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Hi Fraser. I’ve gained access to the router page again after I switched my Synology NAS drive off. What could the problem be between the router and the nas? I want to be able to use them both at the same time otherwise no point having this router
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 3, 2019 Administrators Posted January 3, 2019 Thanks Ben for the update, I posted a reply to your response in another topic but it sounds like they both have the same IP. Change the R1 LAN IP to something else, does that then allow you to use both at the same time?
benjammin1980 Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 My r1 is 192.168.88.1 and my nas is 192.168.88.10
benjammin1980 Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Would they be using the same ssh port 22 to access there pages? What service does the r1 use to display its pages in the browsers

Does your NAS have DHCP settings built on it? Is there any weird network configuration you've set up on it? How thoroughly have you tested it, and how consistent it is (i.e are you able to access the UI every single time you turn off your NAS)?
