Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted June 22, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted June 22, 2015 Could you try plugging the PC into a different port on the Netduma?
iAmMoDBoX Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Ok I manually reset the duma and followed your instructions to a t plus disabled deep packet and work around. No change. Changed to original cable from modem to the duma, reboot and different server, no change (using firmware 1.03.4). Results are as follows: Duma: Modem: Try a different port on the R1?
Zennon Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 If the congestion control sliders are at 100% , can you slide them down and then back to 100% on each slider just incase there is a glitch and it has not registered. And double check the speeds in the set bandwidth section are correct.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 23, 2015 Administrators Posted June 23, 2015 Please try these recent suggestions and if they don't work I'll try and do a 1 on 1 today.
Administrators Netduma Iain Posted June 23, 2015 Administrators Posted June 23, 2015 Hi Twisted Entropy, That upload is slow low that even the bottleneck features can handle it. So I'm almost certain it is therefore an IPv6 issue. As others have mentioned make sure you have the following: "Settings > LAN" - Disable IPv6. Then click apply "Settings > WAN" - Disable IPv6. Then click apply "Settings > Misc" - Disable linklocal IPv6 After doing that do the following in order: Turn off the modem & the router Wait 10 seconds Turn on the modem Wait 30 seconds Turn on the Netduma Wait 2 mins Via a wire on a PC/Mac (not a console/phone/tablet) do a speedtest Thanks
Twisted Entropy Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 Here is results to the above referenced instructions:

Administrators Netduma Iain Posted June 23, 2015 Administrators Posted June 23, 2015 In congestion control make sure "tick excess" is enabled and then click reset distribution. Then rerun the test please.
Twisted Entropy Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 Yes share excess is ticked. Results: still not it.
