VPN tab doesn't load

Hi Vilhelm - this is a rare bug and the best way to resolve it is through a factory reset. If you go to >Settings >Miscellaneous you can reset from there. Your WiFi password will change to 'netdumar1' after resetting so keep that in mind.

are you using the recommended browsers (chrome/firefox)? I presume you are as nobody uses internet explorer or edge but just want to double check!

 

you could also do a cache wipe just to also rule that out!

Could you try this please Vilhelm. It should have cleared after a factory reset.

That is odd. Could you try power off and then back on again and then try factory reset again in case it did not work properly last time. Thanks.

I'm not sure the fix will be the same for you, but the user entered his details and it fixed the problem (I'm not sure if you can even see these fields on your screen).

sounds like the same problem, im not sure what username and passwords are being referred to. if they are in the VPN page, i can't access that

Try switching to the default Netduma theme then see if the VPN page loads

hopefully will have some time tonight to do the upgrade to J version.

successfully upgraded to J version, still didn't fix it though. just tried opening in Mozilla as well, no fix. =/
