Vilhelm_dem
experiencing infinity loading when trying to access the VPN tab. v1.03.6h thanks!
Administrators Netduma Admin Posted June 15, 2018 Administrators Share Posted June 15, 2018 Hi Vilhelm - this is a rare bug and the best way to resolve it is through a factory reset. If you go to >Settings >Miscellaneous you can reset from there. Your WiFi password will change to 'netdumar1' after resetting so keep that in mind. BIG__DOG
are you using the recommended browsers (chrome/firefox)? I presume you are as nobody uses internet explorer or edge but just want to double check! you could also do a cache wipe just to also rule that out! Administrators Netduma Admin Posted June 15, 2018 Administrators Share Posted June 15, 2018 That is odd. Could you try power off and then back on again and then try factory reset again in case it did not work properly last time. Thanks.

Could you try this please?
