Hey i was wondering if i could get a refund because my netduma isnt working, iv tried everything 

 

unless someone could sign into my netduma and try fix it for me please )) 

 

if not i really want a refund because i could get something else with the money, not trying to sound rude or anything

Mon probleme c'est que quan je mets mon host filtering bin les autre host en dehor du rond apparait en sachant que nous en tant que Réunioné Bin notre conexion c top sur les serveur en France genre pour nous le ping c 220 voir 235 240 ms mai on nes tellement habituer que sava mai justement le probleme vien de la je tombe dans les partie ou les ping sont ver 300 ms voir 400 ms voir plus or que je demande maximun 240 ms aider moi svp Mon jeux uncharted 4 ps4

Yeah true, but i dont want to wait for it to evolve when i could get something else that would be so much better )) haha just my opinion though

Other manufacturers probably don't have 1on1 support to help you resolve problems and it seems like something that you need.

 

A week ago you said you were going to provide screenshots of a line test that you were going to run for us...

Just wondering if you still wanted to do a 1 on 1 so we can diagnose and fix your issue? Also, providing the ping plotter test ColonicBoom asked for would help us greatly. Based on your evidence from other threads, the Netduma is most likely working fine but your line is at fault. You could try using a different Ethernet cable, but it's likely that you need to get evidence from ping plotter and contact your ISP.
