So can anyone give me the best settings for infinite warfare because this didn't work for me?

And i also have a question about the device manager, i have 1 device in it but i don't find it in my home i tried to search it in the browser of my modem but can't find that one. Then there is another nameless device but it's the decoder from my television but it don't set to active when i turn it on. Can i just delete those 2 unnamed devices?

And i got this message in the blue (picture below) but my playstation says that i have a Type 2 so i don't have to do anything about this?:

Hey, welcome to the forum :)

We wouldn't recommend having anti-flood set that low; we generally recommend 70/70 for gaming. Also set the PS4 to less than 89; maybe around 50 with share excess ticked. Put your PS4 in the hyper traffic as well.

In what way did it not work? You look like you're getting a decent ping (likely limited due to your base ping). 36ms is perfectly good to game on, and it looks like a steady ping at that. The Geofilter looks like it's got you a game, so it's unclear how it isn't working out for you. Could you clarify the problems you're having?

Damn 36ms steady? Idk what your complaining about lol, as far as infinite warfare goes don't get your hopes way up about finding cake lobbies because I find more try hard players in that game than I do scrub lobbies. There is almost always one or two players on the enemy team with a 2.0+. I find 27ms lobbies but mu issue is more of my jitter I don't get steady pings like you and I still tend to do okay usually. Also I noticed you didn't tick strict mode on either maybe try that as well. Like netduma Jack said your congestion control is set so low, why did you do that? I'm not so sure speeds are a big deal on that game, although a7 has good internet speeds and he usually sets to 97% and he has issues with IW when he doesn't normally with other games so o think the games more to blame. Idk how those YouTubers with fiber internet fond those cake lobbies honestly ( themarkofj ) for instance.

Most of them are just dashboarding the games that they don't do well.

I've seen a clan where one of them had a 5kd and one had an 8kd, they got destroyed and they dashboarded.

KD and win/loss means nothing in this game because it's easy to manipulate.

If you played as much as MarkOfJ, you'd see plenty of scrub lobbies.

But he is ridiculously good so he can make average players look thumbless.

And to OP:

How is it worse?

Throttling that much won't be helping like the youtube vidiots say it will.

Haha yeah that's true I wrecked a 3.1kd guy and he ended up dashboarding, me personally my games vary so much I'm stuck at like a 2ish kd because I'll have some matches that feel unstoppable and then some where I'm just dying no matter what aim I have and no matter what I do right I just lose every gunfight. That game is so inconsistent it's not even right. But that's true themarkofj does have fantastic internet to begin with and match that with his skill level and he's basically a solo pubstomping god. What gets me is how calm he is every lobby and I'm over here palms sweating struggling to get to my warden feeling like I gotta be MLG against every lobby or else I'll get melted and lose everything. I guess that's the number one thing I hated about infinite warfare and advanced warfare seems like even the noobs will still poop on you. Same with black ops 3 actually but that was more or less due to just to idiotic brecci and specialist abilities in that game that were for me what made the game suck, the rest of the game was beautiful, hit detection could of been alot better but I think taking the other stuff out I xljkd settle with those wtf moments.

Have you downloaded ping plotter to make sure you have a stable line from your ISP ?

And as said above, it would be some much better to start at the suggested settings of 70/70 of CC and tweak from there.Everyone's home network is different and has different loads put on it and those settings might work for the maker of the video but for most they won't,it will make an already bad situation worse.

I can only speak from my experience but most of the mods and canaries have tried every configuration of setting's under the sun and most have found that the 70/70 range seems to be the most consistent. And yes as I said before there is no "magical settings" as everyone's situation but at least start with the recommended stuff and go from there.

It sounds like maybe your rubber banding. If your speeds are already low and your throttling as much as you are, it would make sense that you might rubber band/lag some. Like they suggested it doesn't hurt to run ping plotter either. I personally haven't but I also know most of what my ISP issues seem to be. But yes throttling hour connection speeds don't actually help. There's moments where it can but I've found it to be more inconsistent after further testing, for example what worked for me one round didn't do crap the next round and if bandwidth was a reliable factor I should theoretically have the same consistency but there wasn't any unfortunately

Have you got any clips of this stuttering?

With your ping at 36ms (which is good), any stuttering points to an issue with your line, in which case Fuzzy's suggestion about Ping Plotter is a good way to check.

The 70/70 works way better.. i don't have the lag and stutterings anymore.. geofilter seems to work always matches <500 km and my ping never exceeded 38.

Seems the netduma does its work.

Didn't had the typical shoot first die first thing like before anymore, but besides that i don't notice a difference really maybe my expectations were to high but don't get me wrong duma seems to work like geo & ping

And sometimes it takes 5min to search a match how is this possible?

Some matches everybody is faster like me and i can't do a thing. Sometimes i have this on my side and i know how it feels then i get like 45-4 or something. I tought that the duma always going to place me "on the good side"

This would go back to your "expecting to much" comment you made earlier. There will almost always be 1or 2 players that have your number (and everyone else's) that could be they are beast players or their connection is better or worse etc.

At the end of the day it's on line gaming and there will always be somebody better (either skill or connection) in most lobbies but you do know the feeling of being on what you call the "good side" and what I do is just enjoy those moments and we all know the games connection can change when someone new comes into the lobby with a horrible connection that drags the entire lobby down, it does happen but nothing to do with the duma, that's on line gaming.

The duma is a great piece of equipment but even it has limits on what it can and can't do.It won't make you the next MLG player, but it make sure you only connect to lobbies in your GF range and it will control the local network congestion on your home network so when others are using your network your gaming doesn't suffer.

If your ping with the duma is low and steady then it is doing it's job. Search may take long as you are restricting the search but it shouldn't be that much. For the Geo-filter I would recommend you enable strict mode and ping assist 0.
