Hi i recently purchased the netduma R1, im loving it so far i just have two major problems.

#1: None of my settings save for any of the applications eg: Host filtering, congestion control, profiles etc (i have cookies enabled).

#2: when directly plugged into my router, my pc gets 100 down and about 10 up but then when i connect my pc to the netduma over wifi (im not able to connect my pc directly via ethernet to my netduma. guess thats problem #3 aha) i get about 25 down and 5 up. this is the same speed for mine and my brothers ps4s (theyre both wired), my phone and my brothers phone. Ive played around with congestion control and the speeds are not affected. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! Thanks, Daniel.

Could you please provide the information from here http://forum.netduma.com/topic/11776-please-read-before-posting-a-support-thread/

And screenshots from 'Congestion' and 'Miscellaneous Settings'.

When you say that settings are not saving, are you turning the router off, resetting, rebooting, unplugging, each evening?

Nope the router stays on all throughout the day. I've managed to get the speeds working fine now, its just connecting my Pc to the router via ethernet seems to be the only problem. My pc recognises that an ethernet has been plugged in but it says no internet is coming through. https://postimg.org/image/eygrnpqzl/

Try restarting the computer

Turn off your ISP router and the Netduma, make sure you are connected to port one on the duma via Ethernet from your ISP router.

Wait five minutes then turn on the ISP router, wait another 2 minutes then turn on the Netduma, do you now have connection and internet?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Make sure you are accessing the interface via Chrome/Firefox as those are our recommended browsers. You should then see settings being saved.

Great that you've saved the speed issue. In regards to the PC it may be because it is trying to connect through the VMWare adapter. So if possible switch to the normal ethernet & ensure it's connecting via automatic network settings.

hi i ran http://www.dslreports.com/speedteston my ps4 and speeds were increasing. i just wanted to know how accurate this website was on my ps4. Thanks, Daniel

I haven't done it myself but it will definitely be more accurate than the built in test on the console.
