I just wanted to save my current settings and save so I clicked on 'Save Current Settings' and Error message read "Unable to save settings because: 'Failed: unable to import profile for unknown reason'. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 25, 2016 After a 1 on 1 the issue was saving the Geo-filtering services would not work when devices selected were using ports instead of the standard services.
