We have a firmware being tested internally currently so shouldn't be much longer now. Here is a rough change log so you can get an idea of what it includes. As you can see it's quite a beefy update, hence why it took longer than the previous ones.

When ready we will release it, please don't ask for an ETA!

We have a firmware in testing currently that resolves the main issues, if that works as expected it should be out soon

Hi, I'm one of the backend developers.
This issue was causing small latency spikes of up to 4ms, caused by high CPU usage of the Data Usage Daemon (part of the Network Activity history feature). It's been fixed and now has 0-1% CPU usage all the time. This is coming to the next firmware, most likely next week.
If you're interested in the technical details, the issue was caused by an unneeded system call causing malloc/free for every flow measured.

All this is why ExitLag integration would be a great and easier solution for most people.  
 
hybrid VPNs serve a big purpose to trick a game server into thinking youre in one place when youre not, but not using the actual tunnel for your game traffic.  That is the 90% use case of Hybrid VPNs.  For every other game in which that strategy wont work to get Bot Lobbies in Modern Warfare a simple automatic game traffic routing proxy is the best solution hands down.

The team have identified the error it is causing when trying to do so, I expect they'll fix it relatively quickly

You had it all wrong my friend. I watched your Youtube video and all I facepalmed the whole vid 
you gotta understand that Netduma geo-filter is to block high ping servers and force you within good ping server. It cant control isp route whatsoever. 
 
all to do to fix that is using vpn. Exitlag provides you better route so that was why U had good ping
for now best thing to do is wait until hybrid VPN is working and you can buy any vpn that support openvpn with config file
and another best thing to do now is to contact your isp and tell them you have bad ping to mumbai server. If you can get mumbai server ip that would be even better. 
 
last thing to do is just change isp . I think you should ask in Indian community which isp probide the best ping to mumbai Fifa server

FYI HVPN is not working in NETDUMAR R3
then what is the use of having this NETDUMA R3.
Main USP for selling netduma is routing and ping right?
everywhere netduma is getting sold because of ping services they are providing 
i personally imported this product just because of this USP 
a 5 dollar subscription is providing me better ping. anyone and myself thought of having netduma because of the ping services
and i am not getting ping and excuse is made up to blame ISP then a 20 dollar router will do the work and get exitlag for routing stable ping 
i dont want to blame anyone i am just saying its a very small thing. gamers like us face because of ISP issues thats where NETDUMA come and save players like us 
i beleive netduma will hear me out and provide me solution 
 
again i want to say my gaming career is ruined because of this if i dont get back to normal ping it will damage a lot.

Par contre j'ai remarqué une chose justement quand on fait les appareils en PC les paramètres répondent mieux et les supportent mieux par exemple dans le tableau de bord les heures de jeu sont comptées juste pour le pc, Je pense que comme tu dis, il existe un moyen qui fonctionne

In the meantime, try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?
