Try this:

  • Disable GeoLatency
  • Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
  • Enable Strict Mode
  • Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

I don't think you need to reset, try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  6. Wait 2 minutes
  7. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works.

The steps I mentioned previously did they not help in the 1st screenshot scenario as looks like it's working fine in the last picture with the host in your radius as it should be

You didn't understand me well I think.

I have no problem with the PlayStation everything is fine however on the PC I cannot connect wherever I want that is to say if I put the circle on the French server for example, at the first start when ea choose the server it connects to a server outside the circle which means that when I start a match and as long as I have delimited a zone and the server which is connected is not the one I asked for then I cannot not accessed the match because it is outside the circle while at the beginning the circle is made to have matches in the circle

and on the second image it was me who increased the size of the circle in order to play a match even though it was limited to the French server

I'll make you a video so you understand

What’s going on?
I’ve literally paid nearly £190 for a product that doesn’t work!!

Using the geo filter to play Call of Duty ranked and it’s putting me on servers outside of the radius. Even onto servers that I’ve blocked.

I’ve tried all of the suggested fixes and yet it’s doing the opposite. Putting me in servers with over 100 ping.

help please or I will be getting a fat refund!

It looks like it is being blocked there, are you actually in a game when that happened?
