Thanks, I updated to the early access and both issues have resolved. Also, I’ve noted that I need the full logs next time I have an issue. Sorry about that and thanks again! 

It's likely because the Geo-Filter is failing, I've added you to Early Access, upgrade to that version and see if it works better.
There isn't enough log entries there to tell what the issue is, I'd need the full log

What does the app show when you try to login unsuccessfully? Are you on the latest DumaOS mobile app update? What iPhone/iOS version are you on? 
What firmware version are you on currently? Can you provide the logs when its showing that please?

I just wanted to take some time to thank everyone. The NetDuma team and everyone else who supports these fine people and their work. This holiday I would like to think of this ecosystem of network and gaming guru's (and the programmers I guess lol) as a big family. I'm a bit older and if you know what an arithmatic logic unit was in the 386 and 486 sx and dx then you're about as crusty as I am. I have never seen a router company be it Linksys, Asus, Netgear, tp-link, etc. be so involved and acutely responsive in trying to help. Even if my family and I weren't gamers, I would still support and promote NetDuma and the people in this forum just on that fact alone that whenever and whatever issue you have, someone will try to help. So from my family to yours, Merry Christmas everyone!

I’m having the exact same issue. Tried 20 times in the past 2 days and every test failed to optimize. 
 
1. Australia 
2. DHCP 
3. IPV6 turned off at WAN & LAN

For Ping Optimiser if it fails after 3 tries please provide this information:
What country are you in? What connection settings are you using? PPPoE, IPv6, VLAN etc? Anything else you think could be relevant

Thanks, four works for me now. I have four people in the house and we all game together at the same time which is my reason for asking. I know most cases won’t be catering to so many consoles online at the same time. 

Will xdefiant be added to dumaOS? It is a new game but with the current geo filter it does not respect the filtering and gives the peer to a player outside the chosen range

I'm getting mine shipped to a US address. 
If you purchased from USA does it come with a power supply that has an US plug?
