Hello!
I've had the R3 for a month or two now and I've been having a few issues with it. Before I start this router has so much potential. The new interface is great and accessing it is significantly faster than the Netgear XR1000. Also, I feel like the geofilter works better and the ping assist seems to really help.
One feature that was on the XR1000 that I wish was on the R3 is the ability to import a list of devices into device manager so you don't have to go through and rename each one individually. Would save a ton of time setting it up.
Now, Here are the issues I've having. Will any of these be addressed in an upcoming firmware update?
Weak/inconsistent/unreliable Wifi and tons of WiFi disconnects on both bands - I have several smart plugs/switches and NEST cameras and almost every single one disconnects multiple times a day (I live in a townhouse so my house is not huge. None are more than 40 feet from the router and it's as centrally located as I can get it). I work from home and my laptop will periodically disconnect for 60-90 seconds (this is much more random. It might not happen for days or weeks and then it will happen multiple days in a row) Yesterday I had to reboot the router twice because the LAN ports had no connectivity (WiFi was still connected and working) Ping Optimizer setup is a real pain in the buttocks.  It fails more often than it succeeds. The RGB lights will randomly get a mind of it's own and start doing random things and colors until a reboot Obviously 1 & 2 are the big ones. Are these known issues? Is there an issue with my router? Are there plans to make improvements in those areas with firmware updates? If so is there an ETA on when the update will be available?
Also, are there any hardwired WiFi range extenders or access points that would work seamlessly with the R3?

The web UI of R3 is not reachable until I reboot the router from the button on the back. This needs to be done daily.Â

No it's more for me to see what ping the router might be taking into consideration, it's something I've raised with the team. I think the Geo ping is reading too high as the ping has timed out but the in game ping won't actually be as high so it won't be as bad as the Geo makes out

Feedback received. R3+ coming April 1st powered by fire and machine washable. While we're at it we'll add drop resistance up to 10,000 feet!

Je dois le conservĂ© actif ou inactif ?Â
Etant donnĂ© que jâai dĂ©jĂ du ping sur les servers proche de chez moi, jâai peur que ça augmente trop mon ping.
Et autre question stp, dans le Geo Filter je ne peux pas sĂ©lectionner le jeu auquel je joue pour ma console.Â
« Selected Game » et « All console games » je ne peux pas y accéder.
Câest une option uniquement pour le PC ?
Et une autre question stp đ dans la partie « Setting / DHCP »  je dois mettre ma console ?
Et aussi dans la partie « Setting / Port Forwarding », je dois activer la DMZ pour ma console ?Â
Jâai vu sur le forum que quelquâun conseille de mettre les ports suivants : 1-65535 en UDP et TCP ( bandwidth reservation )Â
Est ce que cela pourrait mâĂȘtre utile Fraser ?

Hi, my device is in the latest version, but steady ping cannot stabilize the ping for some reason, I play efootball on ps5, I did the installation for my friends. Everything is the same, but mine does not stabilize, can you support me on this issue?

Just tried the mobile interface DumaOS 4 out on (iPhone 14 pro) wow itâs the full router settings not a cut down version. Saves me having to drag the laptop out each time I want to change the settings! I really like the new look to the menus. Need to try out some games now!Â

Got my R3 today and just finished setting it up. DumaOS 4 loads so much faster ! Put IP address in and bang straight up! Took me 2 mins to configure! Just playing around with the new menus and LED settings at the moment but so far really impressed!Â

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after ordering?
Your email server may have blocked our order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder, as it may be there. You should also look for a confirmation email from PayPal, which is less likely to be blocked. If you haven't received either email but are certain you placed an order, please email us at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you. Kindly provide your full name and, if possible, your order number.
I can only enter part of my address, how do I provide my full address?
You're on the cart/basket page, you can enter a few details about your location to see whether we ship to your country and the estimated shipping price. Once you go to checkout you can enter your full address and see the final cost.
Can I change my order details?
If you need to amend your delivery details, please email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, the updated details, and your order number, if possible.

When will the Netduma R3 ship?
Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery is handled by the courier you select at checkout (usually UPS), with the estimated delivery time displayed when you choose your shipping option. All routers are shipped from the United Kingdom. While delivery estimates are very accurate, they cannot be guaranteed.
Will the router work with my connection / in my home?
The Netduma router is compatible with all Internet Providers worldwide. We ensure that you receive a power cable or converter suited to your country's plug socket type. Setup is quick and easyâsimply connect the router to your modem, and you're ready to go.
Do you sell to my country?
We ship to most countries. To check if yours is included, use the country drop-down menu when placing your order. If you live in the USA, UK, or EU, no customs duties will apply. For other countries, you may be subject to customs duties. If so, the courier (e.g. UPS) or your local customs office will contact you. Any customs fees will be your responsibility to pay.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order is dispatched. Please use this link to check the status of your shipment here.
Do I need to sign for my delivery once it arrives?
Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery. If you're not home during the day, we recommend choosing your workplace or providing instructions for the courier to leave the package with a trusted neighbour. If delivery is attempted and you're unavailable, the courier will attempt to redeliver on the next available day (usually the following day). You'll receive a message informing you of the attempted delivery before the next attempt is made.

Are there any hidden fees and subscription costs?
No, there are no hidden costs or subscription fees for the features pre-installed on your router. However, if you want to use our Hybrid VPN feature to apply a VPN to your devices, you will need a subscription to a VPN server, which typically costs between $5 and $15 per month. Please note that Netduma does not provide VPN servers.
