The CoD series gets outdated regularly, it will be resolved in a cloud update we're testing currently, I'd suggest prioritizing your device for the moment.

If you're not seeing any issues alongside this you can ignore it

You can ignore the packet loss in the top section, as long as the bottom graph doesn't have any red bars you won't be getting packet loss.

Ping Under Load at that rating would indicate that QoS needs to be fine tuned some more. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.

careful with wireshark on cod anticheat detects it. The AC detects it if it's under the same name, if you change it it'll boot. Any packet sniffer usually gets picked up and force closes the game.

disregard i fixed it

okay i dont know how this worked but i have done 3 runs and putting the slider to 10% gave me better scores than other 2 runs from 15% to 20% now to 10% i'll test in game to see how to goes 

OK interesting, thanks for letting us know. We've actually got a new version of the app coming out soon and the graphs were working great in testing, so hopefully that should resolve the issue for you.

it has happened to me as well on XR1000 i believe theirs a ways to fix it and 1 way on whats causing it
 
firstly whats causing is it seems that when you do enable priority feature and login into web Interface it causes conflictions for whatever reason 
 
secondly how to fix it is by having it still enabled via the app but then manually importing a rule after that head over to interface and error should be gone 
 
thirdly what kinda sucks (for now) is if we disable the default Priority Rule and we add a manual rule Traffic priority will not actually work without having default rule enabled 1st and then have your manual rule added 

about a week i'd say and no traffic rules etc and yes i'll provide the logs when the issue happens again

We're still improving that but should be a lot better in the next version!

Not sure it's worth updating from an XR500 just to get updates a bit quicker. Esp when I haven't had any issues with the XR500...
