Ok what FW are you on? Try to factory reset it from the GUI. And from the address http://192.168.77.1 you should be good Then you can request early access!
-
Just to be sure, you connect with your browser with: http:192.168.77.1 ? and not https:...
-
You can try by selecting a server on ping heatmap and running a speed test, then just look at the ping variation on the server and adjust ping optimizer until there is no more variation! Enregistrement 2024-09-04 190008.mp4 I took a shortcut at 50% but you can then increase to see the break!

What browser are you using? Have you tried resetting the cache or using a different one?

Hi! It all depends on the port range your ISP will provide you. To put it simply CG-NAT is the way ISPs limit the purchase of IPv4 addresses. Generally, it divides the TCP/UDP port range of a public IPv4 address into 4 and uses it for 4 different clients! If you don't want to take the risk, the best thing is to pay, even if for me it should be free on request!

I would love that! But the internal WAN/LAN switch of the future DumasOS router would have to be multi-Gig. In this case we can think about dualWAN and more! In the meantime it is always possible locally by adding a switch that offers it!

Ok !
-
Ok ! Tu parles français ? Comment est connecté le R3 ? (derrière la livebox ou derrière l'ONT)

BLACK OPS 6 BETA + NEW WARZONE AND FULL GAME RELEASE

ISP = Internet Service Provider

Hi! I think you need to enter a DHCP option or PPPoE ID to use the R3 behind your ONT. What is your ISP?

A few questions before I buy Netduma R2...
Krush replied to K0NSPIRACY's topic in Community Discussion
Hi ! It is no longer manufactured so you will not find it new on the official website! You will find it second-hand, but take a lot of guarantees before making an online purchase. -
Remoting Router something like ZeroTier
Krush replied to Jeofel08's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
It's a CLI access for devs! There's no way they'd let you have access 😉 It's on the list, but I admit that remote access to the GUI (web/IP/Port) would be welcome, if only to update the router or reboot it when you're not at home! -
Using HVPN on very distant servers (countries) will increase your ping considerably. So this is not a viable solution if your ping is already 150ms on these servers. VPN is a tunnel ---You ISP/VPN Tunnel/Server/VPN Tunnel/ISP You--- The server, will not be where and who you really are, because the VPN tunnel takes over!

I admit that this is a rather strange question, generally people are looking to open their NAT!

BRING BACK SHARING BANDWIDTH TURN OFF OPTION PLEASE!
Krush replied to iOrcus's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I think he's talking about the Flower offered on DumaOS 3.0 and earlier, with the disabling of total bandwidth sharing per device. This feature is not present on DumaOS 4.0 because the new QoS engine (SmartBoost), does it instinctively! But indeed, it is still possible to reserve a minimum bandwidth for each device/app but not an absolute bandwidth/device! -
If you use port forwarding, this is normal...
-
The only way to have a Strict NAT is to disable automatic or manual port opening! The question is whether your VPN provider also does it on their side!? How is your configuration upstream of the R3? If you are in DMZ behind your ISP modem router, you must start by removing it, if you are in PPPoE or VLan only the firewall will do it! Have you tried blocking TCP port 3074 on the device for your game?
-
Hi! You just need to disable UPnP.
-
Keep in mind that RJ45 standards like HDMI are purely commercial! Buying a very expensive cable will not give you a better experience... I have 8Gbps symmetrical speeds "FAI" And a local network in 10 Gbps ... cat6 or 5e does the job! 😉
-
You need to reserve a Static IP for the R3 at the ISP router and then put it in the ISP router's DMZ! The MAC address uniquely identifies your device.
-
Yes, this is what will be best, because all of your devices will go through the R3 and you will have greater wifi coverage with the mesh
-
Hi ! Yes it should work fine like that. Keep us posted once installed!
-
Hi! It seems that this is just an SSID problem. The test on the R3 is direct from your ISP (RJ45 "cable") The test on your mobile is behind the Wifi : There are 2 wifi bands on the R3 2.4 and 5Ghz. The first is more stable but limited in bandwidth The second will allow you more flow! My iPhone 12 is limited to 500/500 Mbps max in Wifi ax, the best way to do a test is to use a wired PC or MAC!
