Well if it was 40 the congestion control would always base it on that unless you had the anti-flood at 100% & reactive. So yes keep reactive and whenever you're not gaming/heavily using the internet put anti-flood to 100 then you'll get whatever the speeds are you have at that time.
-
If you can find an average I would put it as that.

Intel's Puma 6 chipset suffers from latency & jitter, fix soon.

We attempted to put a patch out on our end but didn't work unfortunately, its not our issue to fix. -
Would leave it as reactive so you're never hindering yourself. I wouldn't go by the console speed tests, PC wired speed test would always be best. Check your on the least congested WiFi channel in your area as well to rule that out.

Double check: Reactive Algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds. Do a wired speed test from a PC

We haven't done much with apparel for awhile but we wanted to make something Christmassy & gamery that we would want to wear ourselves. We came up with the "I ❤️ Sleighing Christmas Noobs" design. If you're interested it will only be on sale until early January then we'll remove it: https://netduma.com/apparel/

If you're getting a low ping you've done everything on your end. Unless you're experiencing frequent spikes/jitter on your line? It's also possible that it's the other players connection which isn't as good. What are you pinging to the dedicated server? If it's low then it's likely mis located - if so please provide me with the ID.

Despite being here just under a year ColonicBoom has proved to be very helpful to new and old customers which no doubt you'll know if you've ever had an issue as he's always there to help. Please all join me in welcoming him to the mod team! He'll be taking the role of co-bodyguard with fuzzyclam

We're in the UK as well and were managing to get games. Ensure you're on auto&bleeding edge cloud. Also port forward the required ports for the game.

If your ping is low to them it's possible that it's their connection. E.g. They may be using WiFi over wired etc. In that scenario I would block them so you don't have to play them again. Hey, welcome to the forum! Yes will run some more tests now. Where are you located?
-
Yes we were. It's possible you had one of the dedicated servers in your radius at the time, even with a low ping we found that to be more laggy. With your radius exclude Ireland and see if you have a better experience.

Hey guys, an update for FIFA 17. It appears to be working absolutely fine with the Geo-filter. When searching it shows blocked players it was trying to put you with and then should match you with someone inside your radius. If it doesn't then just search again and should work. In the case when you cannot match with another player and you have a dedicated server within your radius it will connect you both to that so you can join each other. In this scenario we found the game to be more laggy. So would definitely recommend excluding any dedicated servers from your radius (you should see these when you boot up the game) and just force a connection directly to a player within your radius. You are also able to force connections with players away from your home. For example, I am based in the UK and I forced a game with a player in Saudi Arabia. If you're having any issues let me know in this thread so I can look out for them.

I think Overwatch is good. Should be able to force the server in your region everytime. Though I would be interested to hear if you have a better experience on the server with/w/o QoS -
Hey, please turn off UPnP forwarding in miscellaneous settings. Ensure UPnP/port forwarding is not enabled on your ISP hub. If necessary you may need to manual port forward on the duma. I will close this thread as this was an announcement not a support thread. Please make a thread in the support forum if needed.
