If you are about today I could team viewer (remote access) and check your settings and run some test's if you like MrWhooz?

Yes i have tried sliding the bars to 50/50, 60/60, 70/70 and so on.

 

What modem do you have?

 

And can you check that you've definitely entered the correct bandwidth into congestion control :)

@zombietroid, the youtube quality she watches ( i have two sisters) is 720p-1080p.

I have remote accessed the pc and tested his 10mb down 1mb up connection at 70% with preemptive spiking to 400ms.

 

Set to reactive at 70% spikes of 10ms max.

 

All sorted now I keep finding that on low bandwidth connections preemtive is causing issues and reactive fixes the problem.
