abword
Does Netduma support any AC wireless products? Also what is the highest megabit that a Netduma router will support?
PharmDawgg
The Netduma does not specifically support AC wireless. But most AC wireless products are backwards compatible. So they will still work with the R1. If you need AC capability the best way to get around this to set a second router up as an access point and it will work perfectly. Currently the highest megabit rate supported is 125mb but there is a firmware update in beta testing that will increase that to gigabit speeds. PharmDawgg
Any ideas as to what AC products it does not specifically support? Not sure. I haven't had any issues with the few that I have. Also any certain time frame as to when the update will be out that allows it up too 900 mb? As soon as all the problems are worked out. Its still in the beta phase. I can give you a guess but that is all it would be is a guess. ~a few weeks.

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted September 29, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted September 29, 2015 I think any wireless AC router that has the option to go into AP mode should work
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 29, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 29, 2015 As the others have said I can't foresee any AC routers that would have a problem when connected to the duma. Update is being tested, once bugs are ironed out we can release it
Zennon
Or if you do not already have a AC router you could in effect buy an AC access point a much cheaper way to have AC WiFi.
