there new settings in sky router that conflicts with netduma 

Have tou tried a new Ethernet cable between the skyhub and the duma? if not please do so.

yes all new Ethernet cable still does not work

Just an FYI I am on sky too using the same sky hub and was having small dropouts in internet connection for months, I made a post about it a while ago but never really got to the bottom of it. It was definitely R1 related as it didn't happen when my old tp-link router was put back in. In a nutshell running a network monitor constantly I would see a 1-2min dropouts of internet (all devices wired and wireless) a few times a day.

 

Anyway the good news is since I upgraded to the new beta firmware I haven't had a single dropout (been 3 days now) so I'm pretty confident the issue is resolved.

 

Maybe something similar is happening to lKoNviiCt if so the new firmware might clear it up.
