Achilles
Hi, Just had the BT Openreach man leave and we now have fibre, only issue is once I switch to the Netduma from our ISP's bog standard router I cannot connect online, simply says there is no internet connection. Soon as I switch back to the standard router, I get back on instantly. Been through setup twitch and reset the router twice, not too sure where to go now. Noticed there is nothing after WAN IP either.

Achilles
Okay, I can't actually get the modem page up. The WAN IP just takes me directly to the Netduma, should this be a concern? There is no blue button to click like there was last time.
Zennon
The blue button is missing because you do not have another router in line, if I Copy and paste my WAN IP Mine logs in also.
Achilles
So what should I do if I need to access the modem page?
Zennon
The only way to do that is to connect your pc/laptop to the second port on the modem. You will not need to access the modem unless you want to flash it with custom firmware anyway, that is the only time i have bothered.
