BLCUSF
Ok for a start I have had my Netduma for 3 nights of playing (COD AW on a PC). First two nights, awesomeness. Today I upgraded to .7 was having issues connecting to games, but started asking other players and they were having issues as well. So tonight (night 3) could be an off night. There was lag in game but I thought it was the other players, I was still killing them. Got off the game and its about 1:45 am EST here and ran the PING Test. And it does not look good. So yeah I would love help but it could be a current issue with my connection. So I will try again in the morning. For reference here was a test I did on pingtest.net 3 days ago. I think something may be going on with my ISP tonight.

Guest Netduma_Iain
Elikenui: I think your connection is actually fine, that is probably because you're in Hawaii the nearest google is West Coast. Everything else looks good! Alpha TG: This is starting to confirm my suspicions even more, people in NYC have been having issues for a week. I can't believe that google is not near you in NYC. So I reckon something is up with that area or that ISP. The great Dansby is in Brookyln with Verizon and having issues as well. Can you call them and tell them the result please. I recommend ignoring speedtest results. Rab X2: Looks good to me BLCUSF: Something is very very wrong with your connection, I'd recommend calling your ISP Luaksz: Nice one! AFF: Good connection mate

a1pha TG
OK so after playing cod all night till I could only connect to Seattle server (opposite side of the country)I was getting bad results from the test. Now I'm up nice and early deciding to run it again and got very different results....... I really am really confused as to three or four hours later my ping results are less than 23ms instead of 60 to 80ms

Guest Netduma_Iain
Buck Nasty Looking at your results make me think my jitter parameters are two strict. Because you're jitter is fine you're suffering from slight spiking. I'll make sure to tweak the parameters a tad. There is nothing we can do about the spiking its an issue with your ISP. But tbh its really not that bad, they will probably not do anything about it. Buck you have an amazing ping, so even with the occasional spike your ping is still great. So I wouldn't worry about it. Guest Netduma_Iain
Alpha TG, Your mentioning two different points here: Connecting across the country(were they dotted circles?) Having internet diagnosis The explanation for part 2 is something went wrong with your Internet last night. I don't know about US but I've noticed my ISP seems to works late at night(prime gaming time ) that probably explains what happened.

BLCUSF
Ok, woke up this morning and I still had the same issue, called my ISP (Comcast) they could not see any issues. They were dispatching a tech to my home. I decided to see if I could get my Netduma out of the equation (as well as my other routers) as that's what the Tech would do. But before that I reset my ISP Modem and my Netduma. Did the test again, and all is back to normal. The issue did seem to start after the upgrade of the Netduma as I had a game or two prior to the upgrade. So maybe I just needed to do a powerdown/power up of the router. Here is my new ping stat!
