See now that why I purchased, response is off the scale , don’t get this with others , thank you and I’m sure this device will evolve nicely

Think about it the other way.... Why do we need so much support?? Because of multiple issues that could/should have been tested thoroughly before being sold.

It feels the release was rushed to get out before Christmas and it feels we are ultimately beta testers for these faults. "Switch that function off to get something else to work"

I love the whole idea of Netduma but just feels a little broken.

Once it's available I'll start sending it to those with issues it may help and then can provide it to others

Is this .23 or will this firmware include vpn capability

.23 was from before the holidays, new firmware will start to come out. The main focus at least this week I suspect will be bug fixing

I’m very experienced with routers , granted there has been teething issues however I can see some good lights, my previous routers are all high end Asus but have used Duma over the years , they will get this right I am sure ,bit of faith but if that fails go back to what I know - Asus ,,,, though I think there will be no need

I mean that's the thing that happens with brand new software. Think about any brand new OS, they all have bugs in the beginning. I remember earlier versions of Windows, even up through Windows 10 where there were tons of issues. The thing is, NetDuma is quick to respond, address and solve issues and then push updates in a timely manner (when their hands aren't tied from other companies). I guarantee if you had any other brand router with brand new ground breaking technology involved in it's software, it would take much longer for this process to come back to you.

You need to remember, this is not Netduma's 1st rodeo with their own router/software. R3 gives you a clue that this is their 3rd attempt. Like I said, don't get me wrong, i like what Netduma are trying to achieve but just look at it... Theyve released the router with previous functions missing and apparently they are coming. An example is the HybridVPN function.

Hybrid vpn was in the next update ?  Mean .24 may be ?
