Unable to get internet

My  R3 was delivered today,  Im trying to connect to the internet under advanced settings Wan, question for the vlan ID what number do I add? Coz On the xr1000 I add vlan ID 10 and is connected. 

Any idea please

I believe VLANID under the PPPoE connection section is not working on firmware 4.0.20 or below. 

You will need to reach out to Netduma directly.

Have you been able to get past the Setup Wizard if you skip it? I can provide you the firmware that fixes it but you'll need access. If you can't get past the wizard let me know.

Its been 24 hours since R3  was delivered and Im already in love with my R3 its flawless. (Excuse the language here)  it's one mean ass kicking machine nice job netduma 👍

My online gaming tonight was impeccable wow love the steady ping and everything else I'm speechless 🙊
