Sgt-Greco Posted August 6, 2023 Share Posted August 6, 2023 All in-game ping readings show at least 30 to 40% lower values for the last couple of months or so. I don’t know why. My base ping is 70-80 ms and there is nothing I can do to lower it. Now it shows 40-50 ms in every single game. I was about to start a thread here, asking if there’s a new dedicated server in my region since I don’t use Netduma any more to see for myself. Nothing new, it's just the game (MW2) finally taking into account the real (direct) round trip ping from the game server to your location without bypassing... I have a ping of 7ms minimum on the game (server in Paris) because all the FR ISPs go through Paris (central core in France), living in Paris I would have a ping close to 1ms... is just pixie dust!
