It will still be quite useful in that case! I'd suggest following the below guide to get it setup. https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos SM961 1
Krush Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 Only TP will be necessary in your case! However, you can set the QOS to 70/70% in case the other 4 and more devices "saturate" the bandwidth DL. But that is really unlikely! SM961 1
SM961 Posted February 20, 2023 Author Posted February 20, 2023 Can anybody tell why I'm getting a D on speed test? and how to fix it.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 20, 2023 Administrators Posted February 20, 2023 It's because it's reporting half the value you have set, as long as you're getting expected speeds through speedtest.net for example then no need to worry, the router won't be limiting you. SM961 1

Is this like a bug or something?

Yes and no, it's due to the speedtest servers we use, they don't report the full speeds for everyone, it depends on what server it tries to connect you to SM961 1

Another question we are for 4 gamers and 1 person is music lover, but we don't game at the same time on a 1 gig connection. Should I turn off CC?

You don't have to disable it but you could set it to Auto Enable so it only applies when gaming and the rest of the time you'll get full bandwidth SM961 1

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 20, 2023 Administrators Posted February 20, 2023 You won't see any saturation with QoS on regardless of the speeds. Although it's harder to saturate your speeds a single download could saturate it which is why it's still a good idea to use it. SM961 1
