That's DSL so although you may have good internet speeds I can't imagine how stable and low your pings are. Do an internet diagnostic on the R1 and post it here.

I mean your ping test look good, if you don't mind me asking, what country do you live in and how do you have your geo-filter setup. You could be getting hooked to a bad dedicated server.

I didnt see the 1st post but hopefully i can help a bit ( i was having problems at 1st but i got it all sorted now).

I have heard the California dedicated server is really bad, if your getting a bad ping to it i would personally block it, but i think you may be getting hooked on the Seattle Washington Dedi which i heard was really bad to play on. So i would personally block the Seattle one and if your getting bad pings to the California one, i would block it too. Ill read back a bit on the other forum to gather more info. Another thing that may help, you stated that you live in Vancouver, im not sure about the Canadian player base, but you could move your Geo-filter to the British Columbia, and only play on Canadian hosts (just a thought).

80ms isn't too bad, what about jitter? Also from my knowledge dsl isnt too good for gaming, but you ping test seem okay.  I guess you could do pingtest to the servers close to you and see the pings you are getting from them, and then manipulate your geo-filter around that. Also a 50down 10up is not very common for a dsl connection, did you do a speedtest to get that number???

Could you provide us with a picture of the top of the Geo-filtering page as well as a screenshot of your Geo settings which a typical host you're getting and its ping graph please. Heres how to do a screenshot http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=how_do_i_take_a_screen_shot:)

Hmmm.. Just wondering what firmware version you are on... The geo map may not be as accurate as google maps but its clear to see every state in us as well as border lines of every country....

Or maybe you mean that you cant determinate witch serv is the dedicated one.... Simple answery is dedicated bservers are those that you cant update( you dont have the update button onec you click on this host)

Yebs so from that picture you can see all the us states clearly marked etc. So if you wann know more precise location you can just open a map with names and there you go i know where you are connecting.

But back to the topic would be good to have the top top of your geo page screen to. As well as a ping graph of usuall bad host you are geting.
