Ping Heatmap not working for CoD: Modern Warfare II or CoD: Warzone 2.0

It show's no servers on the map, and in the list of servers they all say "N/A ms" for ping.  I have an XR500 running V2.3.2.134 and dumaos 3.0.202.  The heatmap does work for other games on the list.

They are changing the servers often at the moment so we update and it goes out of date quickly, we'll push another update tomorrow but we are looking for a more permanent solution.

Yes, it's up to date. Resync cloud from Ping Heatmap and you'll see them again.

Evening all is this still an ongoing issue ive just set the XR500 after some time away but cant seem to get heatmaps up to date with MW2 ive resynced twice to thanks

Still having the same problem too. None of them are appearing. By the way I only play modern warfare 19 and there is no selection for this game under the ping heatmap list

No it’s not I’ve factory reset my xr1000 and it’s still isn’t working. Also mw19 also isn’t on the list to select what’s going on ?

It gets outdated, that is normal, due to the holidays we haven't been able to update it as frequently, we'll get it sorted. It won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter though.

Try this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works.
