Bul Posted April 24 Author Posted April 24 I updated the router, everything worked normally, simple reboot: wait a few minutes to enter the router, various errors (from the PC it does not let me enter, the errors were given to me by the phone app)

Bul Posted April 24 Author Posted April 24 current situation, reset, start configuration and then the router goes crazy
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 24 Administrators Posted April 24 Can you provide a full screen uncropped screenshot please? That will help me determine why its happening
Bul Posted April 25 Author Posted April 25 I have an internet connection, I can't log in to the app, the browser says "Duma is not running!" I've been stuck like this for a day, I restarted, reset and nothing. the image is the one above, you can't see anything else, I can't get in at all, the update you recommended to me blew up my router
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 25 Administrators Posted April 25 The URL you're using to access is what I'd like to see as it looks like you might be trying to access the dumaweb part which is the mobile part of the interface. You may also be trying to access via HTTPS which wouldn't work well with the interface. Also the browser you're using would impact it because that may force HTTPS by default which again wouldn't work well. Make sure you're connecting via HTTP/the browser you're using has forced HTTPS disabled. The update has security fixes that's it, nothing from us or NTGR, no changes to DumaOS or settings etc so it would not cause any issues itself like this.
Bul Posted April 26 Author Posted April 26 Which browser do you recommend? I can set the initial reset parameters, but when I have to continue in the router it doesn't let me continue.

No specific browser as long as you're not using Safari, every other browser as far as I am aware you can disable HTTPS redirects in the browser settings. Try both 192.168.1.1 / 10.0.0.1 or routerlogin.net just in case one works better than the other
Bul Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago I can no longer log into the router from the PC, I logged in from the phone, I reinstalled the firmware, then I logged in from the PC, did the initial things and then nothing, I have these screens, infinite loadings and I can't even log in from the phone anymore. Can you log in via SSH? What should I do?
Bul Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago after restarting everything, I can only log in from my phone, I can't log in from my PC

Bul Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago routerlogin.net sends me to the netgear page, I can't access the router from my pc

It should take you to the interface. I see you've got Adblocker enabled in your browser please disable it and try accessing again
