Bul Posted Friday at 06:13 PM Author Posted Friday at 06:13 PM I updated the router, everything worked normally, simple reboot: wait a few minutes to enter the router, various errors (from the PC it does not let me enter, the errors were given to me by the phone app)

Bul Posted Friday at 06:34 PM Author Posted Friday at 06:34 PM I got so many errors, now I can't log in anymore
Bul Posted Friday at 06:49 PM Author Posted Friday at 06:49 PM current situation, reset, start configuration and then the router goes crazy
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 07:28 PM Administrators Posted Friday at 07:28 PM Can you provide a full screen uncropped screenshot please? That will help me determine why its happening
Bul Posted yesterday at 11:37 AM Author Posted yesterday at 11:37 AM I have an internet connection, I can't log in to the app, the browser says "Duma is not running!" I've been stuck like this for a day, I restarted, reset and nothing. the image is the one above, you can't see anything else, I can't get in at all, the update you recommended to me blew up my router
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted yesterday at 05:06 PM Administrators Posted yesterday at 05:06 PM The URL you're using to access is what I'd like to see as it looks like you might be trying to access the dumaweb part which is the mobile part of the interface. You may also be trying to access via HTTPS which wouldn't work well with the interface. Also the browser you're using would impact it because that may force HTTPS by default which again wouldn't work well. Make sure you're connecting via HTTP/the browser you're using has forced HTTPS disabled. The update has security fixes that's it, nothing from us or NTGR, no changes to DumaOS or settings etc so it would not cause any issues itself like this.
Bul Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago Which browser do you recommend? I can set the initial reset parameters, but when I have to continue in the router it doesn't let me continue.

No specific browser as long as you're not using Safari, every other browser as far as I am aware you can disable HTTPS redirects in the browser settings. Try both 192.168.1.1 / 10.0.0.1 or routerlogin.net just in case one works better than the other
