There is a page called Settings - if you say you can't access Settings - that is the page I think you will be referring to. If you mean the entire interface then please say so - please also provide a screenshot of what you're seeing. I can only infer what is happening from your descriptions. There is no need to spam or speak in block capitals.

Finally yes! Progress! That’s all I wanted! Awesome! Rapps are loading much better now that setting should be defaulted to 5. Now can I try setting up my network or do you want me to keep and see how stable it stays? I just have a lot of stuff static’d on .88 trying not to have to reprogram my whole home network.

Ok so as you said all I changed was the lan ip scheme and it just dropped its internet connection and I had to reboot the router for my hardwired computer to get back on. This time though my mobile device did not drop my WiFi connection like before when I was getting the no IP address error it would not even stay connected to local WiFi. So it’s a different issue as far as I can tell?

So once the network just came back up I went into the r2 web ui and wanted to check it’s log and got this error message and my network crashed again and I had to reboot it again within 10-15mins of it being on. See attached error message picture.

Are you using an adblocker at all? If so please disable it temporarily.

So wireless devices aren't disconnecting but wired ones are? That's odd.

If you don't try to access the interface at all, do the drops still occur? Or is this only happening when you try to load the web interface?

So I didn’t touch the web interface after it crashing the network last night and it hasn’t crashed since but the network went down when I first got home from work out of no where last night before I tried accessing it at all. Speed tests are showing much lower since last factory reset. I went from roughly 300 over 50mbps which is want I pay from my isp to like an average of 50 over 20mbps in the past day. I’m using all gigabit equipment and shielded cat6 wiring for almost all of my equipment so I don’t normally see it flex this much in speed quality except I moved last year and went from a fiber isp to a copper isp so I know this can be expected but I’ve called my isp to confirm there are no signal issues coming in so I know there’s no external issue with my service. Let me know your thoughts. Thx.

I use to have it enabled before I wiped my duma router the other day. It’s disabled by default. Like I mentioned before the only settings I touched after my factory reset Saturday night is my lan ip scheme from .77 to .88. All other settings are on factory default settings and I’m still having issues.

I have my smart surge rebooting the router once a night which helps because before that I had to reboot my router manually once a day at minimum which is extreme for a router. Should be less often in my experience I do home and commercial automation systems and never had to reboot a router this much unless it had faulty hardware and needed to be replaced or is just not of high quality. I know I didn’t pay much for this router but the product you are offering should be of higher quality therefore of higher price. You guys are the first in this market to develop a software like this and you should diff not cheap out on hardware. I’m sure I’m not the only one but I would pay double or even triple on a higher quality gamer router. You are a pioneer in this marketplace so I understand you are still working out the kinks just wanted to let you know my thoughts.

The error message you're receiving indicates you have an Adblocker on the web browser you're using which is blocking some of the URLs the router is using. Disable this and that should disappear. Can you provide the exact steps you are doing when changing the LAN IP please? What is the LAN IP of the modem/router above the R2?

I’ll check my chrome when I get home and let you know. I go into network settings and change the routers lan ip. It’s just an arris cable modem before the router so it only gives the r2 an external ip. There is no double nat accidentally setup if that’s what your thinking.
