I have just noticed that my connection bandwidth in the ACCOUNT & NETWORK settings on PS4 - COLD WAR has changed from about 4000kbps to now around 2200kbps? This has only changed since the latest updates (yesterday) and i've installed the 1.13 update and still to no avail. Changing various options in the CC and BA has little to no affect, but if i turn off QoS it then creeps up to around 3400kbps. FYI, ISP Virgin - 350/35 - also R2 using the 3.0.205 firmware. If nothing has changed on your R2 and this has only occurred after the update, it must be a change made in the Cold War update. Is this having any affect in game?
