When you did it using the hardware button did you hold the reset down for 30 seconds? When you accessed it did you go through the setup wizard? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 11, 2021 Okay lets start this all fresh again: Downgrade to a firmware where the option is available Download the latest firmware to the PC TFTP the firmware onto the router using a PC Factory reset from the interface on a PC Access the interface from the PC once the reset is complete and go through the setup wizard Once complete, do you have the option available? They're still determining the DHCP issues using the XR500 at the moment. Do you have any issues with getting an Open NAT on multiple devices?
